Peony has opened

Well just popped back up the garden to discover the peony has opened...and its white; this is it.

And the hanging basket is coming on slowly too.

awe lovely xx

I love the way the large buds of peonies last so long so tightly shut, really makes it exciting when they finally open! None of mine are open yet!

That is beautiful, I love peonies, I have 4, my dark red one opened about 3 weeks ago and is all but finished now, but my other three are in bud and will open soon, like you I am eagerly awaiting this.
My hanging baskets don't have any flowers yet (patience)
