Well I watched Sky again tonight ('tho not the whole bulletin) Top story was again outside UK and no mention that I could see of Veterans day.

Contrast this with Czech Television where the top story is nearly always something 'internal' doesn't matter what Bush or Putin or Brown or any other foreign politician has done people here are interested primarily on whats going on in this country. Today for instance Mugabe barely got a mention.

Veterans Day was two days ago, and was on local bulletins and on the bbc. Don't know if different countries have different days.

Veterans Day was two days ago but the events and happenings are lasting for 9 days.
