Salix 'willow' tree dog safety help

Hi everyone, I'm wanting an ornamental sized tree for the corner of my garden, in front of the fence Joe sometimes tried to jump when the dog at the back barks I've found a 'salix' tree, I think it's in the willow family, that could be perfect but is it safe for dogs? I've googled it and can't find anything suggesting either way. Anyone here know? Thankyou

I don't know, sorry.

Does your dog tend to eat plants and trees? We have a couple of un-named bushes in our garden, but they just tend to piddle up them

Willow is where Aspirin comes from but I think they would have to eat an awful lot of it to effect them.
We have one but it's in the front where Pepsi can't get to it

I have a willow at the bottom of my little garden. The dogs have never tried to eat it.

No, he doesn't eat plants thankfully. Oh, except the time he was on a mental session and grabbed a mouth full of lavender, LOL, he never did that again! Had good breath though
