Viole is lightweight sheer and semi transparent, usually has not pattern, unlike nets, can have some coloured bands or embroidery.

I'm a blind girl myself, well by that I mean, I prefer blinds, wooden ones, but white. I do have a voile over the french doors to keep out the mozzies in the summer when we have them open all evening though. Blinds are much more versatile, you can open them up and see the world, you can shut out the sun, you can half shut them, oh they're just fantastic!
