Flies

My house is over run by flies!
The kitchen is full of them!
I have 2 sticky things, a special 'air freshner', and a venus fly trap.
Nothing is working! I can't even keep up by swatting them!

Can anyone recommend something a bit more natural to keep them at bay?!
I am keeping the bins empty, and no food about, so no idea why they are coming!
Can't really use the aerosols, as OH has asthma, and it sets it off.

Please, help my fly over run house!

How about Loki - fly killer extraordinaire?
Sorry can only think of fly paper but you've tried that?

I use one of them things that food shops use that electrocutes them
costs about £70 so it's not cheap but the amount of flies that it kills is unbelievable

I don't have any dog food out!
Teagan eats dried food morning and night, and if she doesn't eat it, it's taken up.
Then the bowl is put in the dishwasher

My Mum is routing out a fly screen thing for me, but even with the door closed, they seem to come through the windows!
They drive us all mad, Teagan included!
