Jackie that looks so painful - you really must go see a solicitor - I think just one letter from them will make them sit up and take notice - it really shouldn't get to this stage, but if they wont do something for you - then the next step is definately the Solicitor.

Sending you a big {{{HUG}}} and hope you get it sorted.

totally agree, maybe they would listen if you got a solicitor involved,it shouldnt have to come to this,it should never have been allowed to carry on for so long!!!!

Good for you Jax - something has to be done. This is an outrageous situation, and it just cannot be allowed to continue. Big hugs honey - you know where I am if you need to sound off xox

clinical neg case if you ask me.
no one should have wound that 5 yrs old the fact its open it will get infected time and time again, which wont help the healing process.
who did the surgery? was it closed and ok at the time then re opened due to some thing else.
either way your gp needs a kick up the ars* regardless of how it was created.
hope your feeling better jacs it doesn't matter if your not around as long as your getting better.

Let him think what he likes Jax. I think it's disgusting that your own GP is treating you like this. He's supposed to be there to support you regarding your health.

I hope you do sue them for negligence. Maybe your doctor might be made to think twice too.

Have you thought about changing your GP?

My god what is wrong with these people, Jackie you should NOT be treated like this. Contact the local newspaper, its a disgrace what they are doing to you. A bit of negative publicity might help, you should say Im going private because you wont help and Im sending the bill to the NHS!
Dawn.
