Update - Next Door Neighbour..........

gee, where do i start!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

for those of you that know/remember, we went to court in november to get this woman evicted, the verdict of the court case was, that housing association had full possesion of the house and she had no right of appeal. so some how she managed to get an appeal in - i don't know how. the woman has been worse than ever since court, and the whole thing has been dragging on for what seems like forever and with no end in sight.

i rang my housing officer today to update her(we do this about once a week), and to my surprise she told me that the woman next door has been refused an appeal!!!!!!!!

which means.........in the nicest possible way..................

we have won and its finally over!!!!!!!!!!

Yay, congrats, hopefully you will get this psycho out of your life forever....

That is brilliant news. You have been through enough, I hope they get her out quickly for you. Then you can start to have a normal life.

i daren't celebrate as i did that before - then she managed to get an appeal, so i'll wait till shes gone!!!!!!

Well done, good riddance to her, I just pity the poor people that live where she moves to next.

Really pleased to hear that you must be so relieved and feel like shouting it from the rooftops (but can't) yet anyway.
Shame you don't know where she is going to foreworn the new Neighbours and tell them to start proceedings now to get her evicted,because unless they put her on a Desert Island or a field there is going to be trouble.
