Had a soak with Epsom salts in the bath and rubbed gel into my knees, back and shoulders, really painful tonight, but there's heavy rain on its way so I suppose that's why.

Got a new Wilbur Smith book on the go, not co written this time and an excellent read. Far far better than this election. Honest as soon as I saw the manifesto I knew they'd lose votes. 11 million pensioners, all getting winter heating allowance and triple lock on their pensions and they expect them to vote for someone who wants to send them back into fuel poverty and decrease the pensions they've worked for since they were 14 in some cases. Surprise surprise it didn't go down well
