SuperVet this week *spoilers*

I can't be the only one in bits over Piggy the poor pup. The owners were so brace to let that be filmed and shared. I don't know if I could've if that were either of my guys
Just wanted to see what everyone else thought of this weeks episode? Not just poor Piggy but all the pups and moggies

I only saw the second half but Piggy was 10 so hardly a pup, I had my male Dobermann put to sleep because of bone cancer aged 8, it broke my heart but was a no brainer for me. It is what it is, you just have to suck it up.

Very sorry to hear that Trouble. I just honestly didn't see it coming from watching the lead up and I always find when watching programs about people's pets it pulls at the heart strings. I just loved how they put their dogs wellbeing before everything - no matter how hard.
I use pup as my replacement for dog a lot so that's maybe some confusion, Shadow is 8 and still my pup. It's just a habit

I lost 3 Dobermanns all aged 8 within about a year so yep I cried while watching Piggy but these days I always expect the worst.

Made me cry as well. Always brings back memories of my girls that have left me. I know how I was when I was awaiting the biopsies for Lona, I cried every time I looked at her, the thought of never seeing her again was awful. But if it had been bad news then I would have let her go because I couldnt let her suffer for my selfishness. Piggy's owners recognised what was the right thing for her and took a brave decision to let her go

I was out with my dogs for a moonlit walk, so miss this week. It sounds like it was another sad episode, so maybe for the best.

Who was Piggy and what was her story?

Does anyone know if Super Vet is repeated at all? I might be able to catch it again.
