Insurance for life policy not always for life

Some insurance companies have withdrawn their pet insurance leaving some owners without insurance and unable to get insurance from other companies due to dogs age and or pre existing conditions.

So which insurance companies do you think are safe with regard to insurance for life?

Mmm, smacks a lot of 'take the money and run'.

Grab the premiums then when claims start coming in, pull the plug.

I don't have any faith in pet insurance - so many clauses and too much small print.

As far as I know the most comprehensive and dog specific Insurance is from Pet plan or The Kennel club?
