6 months 2morrow

it would be 6 months 2morrow 1/2 a year that ive been smoke free aslo 6 mths ago i had my heart attacks, oh howlife can change in such a short period of time.

Thats brilliant! Well done :smt023
Its really hard giving up smoking but its worth it in the end. I gave up smoking a year on the 14th June this year. So its coming up to my 1 year nicotine free.
Don't you just feel great though :smt026

its nice not to be coughing up every morning, and not wake up with burning lungs, and a sense of smell. but due to this darn heart cond i havent got any energy to enjoy it, plus im still getting out of breath so sort of enjoying the non smoking, i like the extra cash, been buying some lovely clothes
