It has stopped bleeding and they have put another plaster on and they will do a minor op to remove it in the next couple of weeks.......youch!

Wasn't being patronising just showing concern - as you said moles can be dodgy - i am particularly sensitive about moles at the moment as my dads friends funeral was last week - he died of skin cancer which started off with a mole

No worries, didn't think you were condescending.I do get scared about people mentioning moles in that context though as it is one of my phobias.

Luckily all is well.I am just glad for all of your support.

I have had alovely surprise through the post today......£50 of vouchers to cover the cost of my next haircut!

I know I shouldn't laugh but I did this when I was a trainee hairdresser I was mortified was using clippers and next thing I saw this wee thing roll down womans neck 0ne thing it taught me was to check before I clipper for moles xxxxx
