Hollys started sleeping like this all the time?

Have noticed that Holly has began sleeping like this most of the time now!
she used to do it now and again but over the last few weeks its almost always like this, even if she is laying on her tummy she has her head right back normaly leaning on something, Do you think its normal?

yeah mine sleep like that on a regular basis, she gotta be comfy i woudn't worry about it shes just chilling.

very normal...... most of mine sleep like this when in a really deep sleep... heavens knows how it is comfy though?????

OMG I never would have thought it was normal, she is the first dog I have seen sleeping like that, was begining to worrie about her neck and stuff, what am I like eh,
thank god for dogsey, thats put my mind at rest now knowing she is not the only ailen on the planet,
