i usually cringe when i hear old lang syne, and then go and hide in the toilets until all that horrid fake drunken arms linking and hugging is done with.

Oh I forgot this one....."Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" by Frederika Stahl. The one in the Nissan advert. It reminds me of the day Holly my beautiful greyhound went to Rainbow Bridge. Brings a tear to my eye every time I hear it.

It depends what mood I'm in but two songs get me whatever mood I'm in . . . .

Old Shep by Elvis does me every time! Always has from being a kid when I first heard (courtesy of my mum ) For no reason other than the words

What colour is the wind daddy - Charlie Landsborough - was played at my Grandad's funeral and the words are so poignant too

In the dark days when I had to rehome my two 5 year old labradors, Take That's "Want you back for good" was in the charts.

I clearly remember having to pull over on the way to work many times to sob uncontrollably. It really was the worst time of my life and I can't hear that song now, some 22 years later, without crying for them all over again.....
