dog trust just been on tv

saying about all the *old dogs* being dumped in time for the new puppys being bought for xmas so sad, all those dogs not wanted i dare not go anywhere near a kennels,last time i did i came home in tears i wanted to take them all home

I think we all feel the same Bens mum I have trouble with the rescue section on DW ....all those eyes begging to be noticed

That's so sad. It won't make a difference though, people will still dump them There are going to so many needing homes it's scary

Totally irresponsible! Probably geting a puppy for the kids. These people have no heart and should not be allowed to own another pet for at least a year when they give one up to rescues.
Just makes me soooooo mad!

poor babys
i know,it is hard. yesterday i went to the rescue to donate some pillows ansd rugs and it was sooooo sad to see all those homeless dogs even my bf said "lets take one home" i nearly cried, i wish i could take at least one

i couldnt possibly have another dog we are in a first floor flat,with a communal garden,im pushing my luck having ben,plus 3 cats luckily we have no kids at home, but maybe if we had a house with a garden
