So proud of the dogs, with a snake

Got up and wandered around half asleep, let the dogs out, half watching them while filled the kettle, shouted up the stairs for the kids to get up etc, The dogs came in, closed the door, and started doing breakfast and the kids lunches, and then went to walk into the living room, on my way to have a shower.

Noticed both dogs were both were just stood in the doorway, so pushed passed them, and then Mack started barking, which is unusual, and becoming more agitated the further into the living room I got. So looked around at what could be upsetting him, and found a young snake trying to get to the corner of the room.

It turned out to be a non venomous one, and I've relocated it, about a field away So pleased with how they reacted, the did what they were supposed to do, which was keep a safe distance if we come across one, and thank you Mack for making sure I didn't step on it, in my half asleep zombie mode x x x

I am really proud of them both, they've never had to deal with one inside before, so huge cuddles and treats this morning.
