Dry/cracked pads

I was checking Teagan's feet before, and noticed her pads look a bit dry & cracked (compared to Kingsleys).
Is there anything I can put on them?

The cream you put on babies bums is fine, but the skin on the pads should not be too soft it is very granular and hard. It should not become sore and the cracks should not go through the pad to the pink skin underneath. Think it is when the roads are salted some times and washing the dogs feet when it comes in from the street and drying and applying s skin cream may help, but don't over do it and make them soft.
