Possibly another 'new' car

Looks like we're gonna buy another 'new' car

Hubby bought a Vectra CDX a couple of months ago for £50which hasn't been repaired yet but it's not gonna cost much to sort out.

Last night a friend comes over with an 'R' plate CDX, no tax or MOT but nothing much needed to sort out for the MOT. Hubby jacked it up and had a good old nose around it. Black leather interior, CD player, Air Con. They have 2 cars and they don't use this one anymore so it looks like another CDX for us. They just want to get shot of it as it's taking up space on their drive, know that feeling

It's been parked up for the past 12 months, went for the MOT which failed on a couple of bits but it runs lovely, hubby test drove it and he likes it a lot. Hopefuly if they accept our offer we can have it on the road by the weekend as hubby's an MOT tester and can get it done in work.

I'm soooo excited just gotta wait to see if they'll accept our offer now.

I already own a 2ltr 16V Vectra.

Would never move from a Vauxhall. Every car I've had which wasn't a Vauxhall was a pain in the rear lol

Yippeeeee the CDX is mine for £300!!!!! Off to the bank now to get the money out

Car arrived at 9:30ish last night.

It's a lovely looking car. Discovered the previous owner left us £1.37 in the arm rest box, the front seats are heated and they've installed a 6 disc cd changer aswell.

Kids love it so hopefully we'll be off to Bournemouth on the weekend in it
