Nervous passenger

Stopped on the way back from the lake today. Here she is. Never ever sits down when I am driving and then goes bananas when I stop and open the door. Relax Bella it might never happen!

Martin (son) calls this her cartoon dog face.

I pulled over so I could take a pic of the road I live in as it is now - (we live right at the other end of this road) with the rate they are 'improving' the old town area - it probably won't look like this for much longer.

Oh lordy! I nearly spilled my whiskey! I must steal that and put it on Bookface as my sis is siding with the dawg here saying she looks like that for good reason when I'm driving!

Here's what sis actually said about Bella's pic with me moaning she never sits down in the car...

Don't blame her, we don't have much choice as our heads hit the roof. Better to get a convertible but then Bella may jump for her life!! Ha

doesn't she ever fall off the seat if you brake hard? Or is she seatbelted?

See that clip? She is clipped to the headrest (but it is long enough for her to sit or lie down. She chooses not to!)

Great pics ! Mine are in the boot area of the CRV but if I try to reverse Mollie goes mad barking and howling anyone would think she thought I wasn't very good at it

My old Cavvy was the same. And if it was too hot she'd get down into the footwell. The front seat was HER seat and if anyone else sat in it she sat ON them.

It's Bella's seat too and even my daughter will sit in the back rather than upset Bella by nicking her seat!

If she wasn't tethered she'd be on my lap, or trying to lick my hands or on my head. She stands there on her seat and occasionally drags my left hand over to give her chest a tickle coz that's what I do when she's a 'good girl' and she knows she is a good girl if she isn't barking like a demented hound from hell!

It's like 'Oi! I'm being good here - where's my tickle?"
