what do all the figures mean ? (a complete novice as you can tell )

it says for manchester that there are 263 staffs entered but there are figures under all those headings? i dont understand !!

the numbers are supposed to under each heading sorry, it shows they are in the post before i submit it

THE NO OF THE FIRST STAFF IS 1520
THE NO OF THE LAST STAFF IS 1782
THE TOTAL NO OF STAFFS ENTERED IS 263
NO OF ENTRIES BY STAFFS IN THE CLASSES IS 273(ie 10 dogs have entered 2 classes)
