Help editing pictures please?

I need a willing volunteer who can edit some photos for me please?
I've taken the pictures (to the best of my ability!) with a bog standard digital camera of some things I've made, they don't have to be super duper, just cropped & made to look better or sharper if that's possible to use for my adverts & my new website. I've looked at photo editing such as flickr & piknik but just don't have it in me to figure it all out.....
I currently have about a dozen new pictures need sorting with plenty more to follow. ( I also have old pictures if you have the time!)
In exchange for your help, I will of course provide you with plenty of my doggie goodies for Xmas

I'm so rubbish at taking pictures! I have a Sony 5.0 megapixels cyber shot, 3 x optical lens camera.......... surely that's good innit it even sorts out wobbles by itself - I'm still useless though
