A rubber mallet usually stops my OH from snoring from a couple of hours - well, just until he regains consciousness

I've tried turning him onto his side and that stops him but he soon rolls back and off we go again.

I need some kip and I end up all alone! :smt088

I normally give my OH a good elbowing in the ribs! It makes him lie on his
side which stops him from snoring. He only snores when he's had a beer

I have my own bedroom so my snoring only effects me but Luke the GSD competes with my husband in the other room. There are cures out there it is a case of trial and error. Good luck

The sofa seems to be the only thing working at the moment.
