yeah told vet about bum dragging and she said that it cud be cos shes sore from the runs. Vet said to give her chicken and rice tonight and see how she is.

bf got home and she picked up a bit and is showing signs of wanting to eat now. She is also gettin up to greet people. which she wasnt doing earlier. If she still has runs tonight we r gonna take her up to vet for a checkup to make sure she is ok.

thanks for everyones replies, its meant alot. Im finally eating somethin now.

poor Indie Star had gastroenteritis last year She lost loads of weight and it took about 6 months to gain it again. She recovered after a few days though after her injection at the vets and antibiotics.

Hi Jenny, glad indys feeling better
http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/medicines/100001637.html
is that the tabs she has?
I believe there is a bug going around UK so maybe thats what she has, sure she`ll be fine in a couple of dys
Did vet tell you to keep her on light diet, thats the normal procedure with gastro enteritis, boiled chicken or fish with rice after no food for usually 24hrs or if a puppy 12 hrs

Christine.
