Out at an off-site meeting this morning so must be away from here by 7.30.

Have an appointment with the diabetic nurse at 2pm then a refit of my VDU specs that the opticians had to remake at 3pm.

Busy, busy, busy!

Rain here overnight and currently – the garden is very grateful

I'm off out for another fast pace walk with my friend this morning, we done 2hrs yesterday and I am aching this morning
Then this afternoon I am taking Kyiro (if it doesn't rain) over to the field I hire, for some off lead time. We havn't been for ages what with everything going on here, so I think he will enjoy it.
