I am a bit put off by "what is your annual income?"

It is irrelevant for the purpose of the survey. We have had Simon for 10 years. We started on a low income. We went to a high income. My husband became very ill, and we are now on a low income. Simon's lifestyle has not changed during this.

I made the question optional in case some felt the same as you even though previous studies have shown it to be relevant.
Low income for your answer would have been fine. Thanks

Fine, but what is the purpose of the question?

People's situations change, and what their situation is NOW is not what it was when they got their dog.

Done!
One for my dog and one on my mums behalf.

I was a bit confused by the size of bowl question - For example my mums bernese has a large bowl because hes large - ie it is suited to his size. Does this make the bowl size small/med/large. (I put medium) Also the size of bowl may not indicate how much the dog eats, maybe there should have been a Q on that as well - but I dont know!!

Missed out the income Q if thats ok.

Good luck with it

I didnt like the income question - cant see it as relevant

Nor did i like being asked was the owner overweight - in other words an overweight owner has an overweight dog i hate this assumption!
