Dreading tomorrow

Tomorrow is Becka's last day with us It's been eating away at me all week and I think it's really hit me today

So sorry to hear this. From your past posts recently about her I think you are doing the right thing. Knowing that doesn't stop your hurting but at least you know you are doing what's best for her.

I had to do the same for my old collie at the end of July, I feel your pain.

I know its tough, but try and think positively. You are about to give her the "best day". Perhaps she cannot get far, but take her on her favourite walk, give her her favourite meals and have lots of cuddles!

A family friend took a day like this with their springer who sadly developed a tumour. When they speak of him, they speak of that "last day" as it was like Christmas for him. Despite his pain he really enjoyed it!
