scary, which movie is the most scary???

Mine is The Shining, my fave film of all time and also IT the stephen king movie about the Killer Clown! sooo scary when he turns in to a spider!!

IT is definately one of the scariest movies I've ever seen. Dont like Jack Nicholson, so dont fancy the Shining. Read the book before I saw the movie though, and that was scary...

I always found The Birds really frightening. And there was another old one about ants - they were ordinary in size and flesh eating and I remember everyone hiding across a river but the ants hopped onto some leaves and came after them

Think I have to agree with Stephanie, The Ring is definitely spooky! I've recently watched House of Wax, that was rubbish, Amityvile, that made me jump a few times. But The Ring yes, spooky

Shining is horrible yes, also hated Hills have Eyes when it first came out and Exorcist

ooh ive yet to find one that scares me i love IT the killer clown i love the zombie films anything with real gore in but these days the films are not to scary im still waiting for that that really makes me jump

The first Alien film still gets to me! The Thing (not the original) is also another one with great action (and a gorge dog)!!

Not the scariest but one film, which I refuse to watch, again, even though up to that point I thought it was an excellent film was Misery
