change or not to change

well my new boy is arriving next Sunday and his name is Limao. allways when i try to say his name, i break my tongue
and it doesn't even sound like i should in Portugese
now what do you think? should i change his name to Elmo, or call him Limao in a strange way?
will appreciate your thoughts
