Well Iv cleared up the cystitis with the barley water, (thank SB and anyone else who suggested remedies). Wish it was easy to solve the sciatica!!! Everytime I get comfy and go to sleep the odema settles rounds the swelling and sets of the aching its a nightmare. Im not a good patient my poor OH has got shouted at quite a lot today.
