Grown Up Dog Wanted Norfolk

My parents have lost two dogs to ill health recently. They have one reminaing cassie a collie cross. All the dogs they've had have been rescue so they are used to dealing with a bit of 'trouble'. Ideally Dad would like a big dog lab/rottie/boxer cross something like that. They are six miles from Kings Lynne. Both by parents are fit and Mum loves her walks. Anyone out there who has a suitable pooch for them ?

Forgot to say dog must be child friendly as well as collie cross friendly as my sister lives in the same village and Mum looks after her kids a couple of days a week

Dogs Trust have a rehoming centre in Snetterton or if you look in the Lynn News on a Friday there is always an advert from the RSPCA with a dog looking for a home locally.

Good luck.

Try your yellow pages, they will list all rescues in your area.

Your vets will also have a directory of all the rescues. You could give them a try as well.
