X 2 Siberian husky's. 11 months old

I have been asked by someone i know to try and find a forever home for her X 2 11 month old Siberian husky's. They are sisters. Mia & Ami

They are both house trained, good with children and walk well together.

She would like them rehomed together. I would of helped but i have 4 border collies and no room for any more. I can pass on her contact number if anybody is interested.

Thankyou

Probably more realistic to get separate homes for two 11 month old dogs. They are so pretty, I can't see anyone resisting them for long!

I agree with both of you. I have advised her to get in contact with the Siberian Rescue. I sent her the link for them but she is worried they will be pts so decided against it.

I don't think they will. I also said it would be better to rehome them seperately. I think if the two right homes come along then she would.

The only reasons any of the UK Siberian Husky rescues would put a dog to sleep, would be (a) If it was terminally ill and in constant pain; or (b) If it displayed serious aggression (serious beyond hope of rehabilitation) towards humans. None of them would put an otherwise healthy husky to sleep, so this really should not be a factor in her decision. The dogs are much more likely to find a good, forever home through a dedicated breed rescue that through private rehoming. Rescues have the capacity and resources to carry out thorough home checks on prospective owners, individuals generally do not!

I totally agree Mick. I've emailed the Siberian Husky explaining her situation. I feel this would be the best route to go.
Thanks for your input. It has been very helpful
