Well Zena had a 3rd walk of the day with her latest new friend, the choccy lab who visits and plays with her in our garden, and this was the first time she went out with him and his dad and me of course They ran together, they leaped in the air together, they met another choccy lab who they played with, they met a spaniel that they both played with, the sun was shining and it was all just so perfick!!!! Brought a great big smile to my face that I do NOT have an aggressive gsd, not in the slightest!!! Made MY day that's for sure!

That is really good news

Ever since Pepsi's episode down the Badger sett she is kept on lead. Hubby came home this morning and told me as he was walking down the lane, not paying Pepsi a lot of attention, he turned to look at her only to see her walking along a wall about 4ft high, daintily stepping over the vertical, sticking up stones, still on her flexi lead.
I tell you this dog is not all there

Skye, Tigger and I met up with a friend today for a very, very long walk! We were out for 3 hours up hills and down dales and for most of that time my friends bedlingtons had to stay on the lead which was a shame. One of them does a runner whenever he is let off and the other has a bit of a temper with other dogs. My intention in walking with her and her dogs was to help her socialise them as they are now 18 months old and getting worse! By the time we got into the car to go home I was knackered but very very proud of my two beautiful, intelligent, gentle, patient blah, blah, blah, blah dogs !!!!! I had a 30 minute drive home and I told them all the way home how wonderful they were!!!! Of course, they understood everything I said to them and made me a cuppa when we got in !!!!!!!! Yeah, ok I made up the very last bit about the cuppa !! Wishful thinking on my part !!

Ruby was left for the first time ever out of her cage today

No damage and no noise, so very proud of her. (It was only for 30 mins and i did give her a rawhide to keep her busy......baby steps...)

I came home at lunchtime for the usual "Ginger squishy".

Both Lennon and Mya rushed to greet me.

Len brought me a cuddly toy, and his tail wagged like mad and his ears were flat to his head...... he's such a sweetheart.

Mya went strsaight out into the garden for a wee - such a good girl - then came to me for some fuss. When I fuss her she makes little grunting noises.

Both my dogs make me so happy....... they lighten the darkest days and sweep stress away in an instant.

Bliss

I came home from work, told Griffin to wait and he took two steps back from the door and I got all the way through the door before I was greeted, so proud of him, he was all squiggly and still waited for me!! The waggy tails and silly grins are enough to make my day after a long day at work tbh!!

Zeita proved today that all our training and hard work has not been futile and she has fantastic recall and her resource guarding is better (see my thread)

Oh and we have had our usual kisses and cuddles.

Both now flat out in dream land x
