Help- pup cant pass a bone through!

Anyone have any advice on helping pup pass through a small bone ? She yelped when first trying but now it seems to be protruding but wont pass through !
I have phoned the vet who says feed brown bread as it will wrap around it but she wont eat it and I am worried!!!
Will it damage her ? What do i do ?

Add something to the brown bread to make it tastier for her?

Good luck. Hope she's ok.

Cover the bread with butter or something sweet like jam or honey

Can you get a grip on it?? so you could maybe ease it out for here

If not keep an eye on here, if there is still nothing... then take her to the vet, just say you are really worried and want it out.

Hi Clarence In spite of what the vet said I would not mess around with bread it takes too long to go through, you can not see the other end of the bone it may be big or sharp and the dog sitting on it could cause more damage..no I would go to the vet and get it removed ASAP. good luck..it is your precious dog..better safe than sorry

....continued post above..Clarence further post to say I have only just come in and seen your post which was some time earlier,I hope all is well now How very scarey for you both I do wonder at the advice of some of these vets, I know I am not a vet and should not comment really but if I was a vet I would hesitate to tell someone just to give bread and wait having not seen the dog or the size of the bone
