Has anyone had an Endrometrial Ablation?

Am waiting for an appointment for an Ablation and i just wondered if anyone has had one. Got lots of paperwork to wade through but it's so technical i can't quite get my head round it! I'm also being sterilized at the same time and having my contraceptive implant removed (glutton for punishment!)
