Ooooowww!!

I don't need spray tan any more!
I've been teaching at the stables today. Lucky i put some sun cream on, i have got a mega tan.
Feeling a little sore. Its like a heat trap in the arena. I've even caught the back of my legs.
Glad i don't teach full time anymore!!!
I did go nice & steady with the horses, so they weren't too sweaty.
