A bit Random... Sore collar bone?!!

Ok, this is going to sound so random, but its driving me nuts!

My collar bone is aching... I mean like, really bad! Any ideas??

Its not all the time, but like yesterday, i was in the bath and just lifted by arm to get a drink (as ya do!) and OUCH! Worst pain ever!! I havent hurt it, no pulled muscles that i can tell.. Its just very random. I did break it when i was like, 7, in a riding accident, but have had no problems since. And, to make matters even weirdier, when i get the pain in my collar bone, unless i stop moving my arm it spreads into my neck... Random huh?

Anyone got any ideas? Personally, i think it would be kinder to put me out of my misery But it is odd, right??
