it will be quieter

am typing for Inca as she has a trapped nerve in her shoulder ...pain killing jabs don't seem to be working so the hospital has given her a tens machine so her arm dosen't keep going dead at night ....so it's gona be very quiet this week on here without her ....... and I won't get any dinner either

Sorry about your arm Inca The tens machines are really great, so I hope to see you back here soon I was wondering why it had gone all quiet....

Try and get some Ibuprofen gel from your chemist, rub it on your shoulder, it should help the pain
