Go to another vet. Maybe she has an obstruction.

I agree with Moetsmum, is she a chewer? If so there is a chance that she has something stuck. Is she opening her bowels?

If she has got gastroenteritis, it has been going on a long time and I would have thought that your vet would have prescribed some antiemetics. What are the tablets are they antibiotics? If she keeps being sick they won't stay down.

All vets have an emergency service. If your dog were my dog, she would be there now.

I agree, she sounds like she needs something doing sooner.

I agree. Emergency vets asap!

If she isn't even keeping water down, she will be very dehydrated and that needs urgent attention

I agree with Sam. She has not eaten for too long to leave it another three days in my opinion.
