he seems fine thanx everyone! the dates were in the xmas cupboard but as we were all leaving for work this morning eldest son in his wisdom decided he fancied a date so got one out and left tub on sideboard and i had already done a kitchen check so i left unknowingly! it was hours b4 he admitted he had left them out!!!

Like the others say Katy, everything should pass thru OK & dates are packed full of vits as well
Just be aware it can take 3/4 dys to pass thru & at least you have the advantage of knowing so you`ll pick up on anything not right quick!
