Same here, just to note, licking can be a sign of stress / anxiety , so maybe the sounds you are making are making her a little uneasy and that`s why shes licking.......

Just a guess as I cant see it .

Ok then the sounds you are making might be making him uneasy as as has been said it's a sign of stress

My dog is not a licker - unless I have a wound on my shin and she then decides she has to lick it better.

Most unsuccessfully as it usually ends up worse than it started.
