My present bringing moggy

Remember my cat who, after realising mice were not to my taste, brought me a bbq'd sausage?

Well this morning, I came out of my bedroom to find, laid out proudly on the landing floor, an uncooked pork chop.

Where does she get these things?? We had to say thank you very much and take it downstairs so we could put it in the bin while she wasn't looking because she sulks if she sees us put it in the bin!

You don't suppose someone has left them on their kitchen worktop to defrost overnight do you? They've probably forgotten to close their window and she's gone on a raiding mission. That's gonna be one confused bod this morning when they find their dinners walked off. LOL

LOL Heidi - it's altogether possible!

I wondered if perhaps it was past it's sell by date and someone had put it out for the foxes, but it was completely clean... you'd expect there to be some dirt on it if it was left outside...

Oh dear - hope nobody saw her! At least she looks very very similar to another local cat so nobody can pin it on us!

The strangest thing my moggie, Oliver, brought me was an unopened packet of scones

aw bless! Lol! At least you could eat those - they were unopened!

Wish Smitch would bring me stuff still packaged! Could save myself a fortune!

That was the exception though. Usually it's a mouse or bits of bird (yuk). He once did bring in a live baby rat .

It took us ages to catch the flippin thing and return it to the stables over the road.

If it was clean and not smelly, I'd say it was someone's dinner. LOL You'll have to keep your ear to the ground and see what your neighbours are saying. Have you got many near you or are you out in the country?

oh no - we're in quite an urban area and the uni's nearby so lots of uni houses around here - probably someone's dinner!
