Ever heard of this working dog food?

I'm sorry to post this here, But i am in a bit of a pickle.

My friend has been feeding her dog on a working dog food (dried food) pronouced "oltaki" I think... it is spelt with an "Ault"

Does anybody know how to spell it correctly? Or does anybody happen to know the website of the producers. Aultaki - Oltaki. (Something along the lines of!)

Let me explain so you don't think i'm crazy!

I'm writing a college project on dog nutrition and comparing changes in behaviour with changes in diet. I'm feeling a bit of a lemon after doing lots of internet searches and realising I have absolutely no idea how to spell it. - Let alone research on the ingrediants and protein levels etc.

It nearly killed Etta---it is full of maize which she happens to be allergic to----at least I think that must have been the culprit. There is a lot more maize in it than you think as it comes in twice in the ingredients list.

I gave the sack away and my friends dogs were fine on it.

Maize, chicken meat meal, rice, chicken fat, green vegetables, carrots, whole linseed, prairie meal, yeast, herbs, spices, seaweed, yucca extract, with EC permitted antioxidants: mixed tocopherols, vitamin C and rosemary extract.

Prarie meal is as follows

Dried by-product of the manufacture of
maize starch. It consists principly of gluten
obtained during the separation of the
starch.
In the wet milling process, after the maize
germ and fibre are removed, the remaining
material is centrifuged to isolate the starch
from the gluten for further processing to
modified starches, sweeteners, etc. The
remaining gluten is dried and then
milled/sieved to produce a consistent course
powder high in proteins with a natural
pigment.

Also rosemary should be avoided if dogs have epilepsy.
