recognise this?

Hi there
Does anyone know the name of this plant ? I am sure it is something well known, but for the life of me can't remember what it is. It did have a plant tag with it but Charlie ate it!
It is so nice that I would like another one.

Yip its a lavetera if there's anything of the roots left it will come away again, they are very easy to take cuttings from if you have any friends with one. Just remember to take it back to about3ft in ht when its finished flowering then in the spring cut it back again to about 18ins then it should end up about 6-7ft tall in the summer covered in flowers

Thanks for the speedy answers!!
Lynn, the fact that it's hard to kill is maybe a good thing
Charlie has ruined most of my plants except the one in the photo! I was going to put another one in a big pot I have, do you think that would contain it?

I would think so I have a Rowan tree in a pot and it is quite small compared to ones put in the ground.I doubt charlie will ruin the Lavatera.Watch out though it might attack Charlie
