Marrowbones - question please

They had marrowbones for about an hour, so do I skip lunch then?? They're sleeping now, exhausted with all the work they did on them! I'm thinking I shouldn't feed them lunch now, they scraped away quite a bit of marrow off them? Thanks!

Bones are mainly recreational, I usually give them at lunchtime (because mine are big girls and I don't want them to be any bigger!!!) or after tea.

Thanks Tassle and June, I'll be skipping lunch then, but might give them a bonio to keep them happy! Georgie looks a tad bloated which he always does after a bone! Thanks I needed to know I was right.

It totally depends on how much meat there is on the bones i give the hounds. Rule of thumb i do tend to give them less dinner if they have had them.
