Inside or Out? Your thoughts on dogs living outside?

What r your views on people whom kennel their dogs outside all the time, from the moment the puppy comes home, to the instance the old dog passes away? So basically the whole of the dogs life, never in the house at all, allways outside

I suppose if its a working breed,is looked after well,has somewhere warm and dry to sleep-it should be fine.

Working dogs okay, but not pet dogs, what the point of having a pet thats kept outside all the time, there no point in having it....

MMn, my thoughts too, my little girls sleep at the foot of the bed, and they do a good hard days ratting most days, i just dont see the point of having a dog if too keep it outside, i remember my Aunt used to breed GSD's and she kept them in kennels, but i just cant really see the point

I don't see the problem, as long as the dog is properly fed and cared for.
Many people have dogs who prefer to sleep outside/kennelled.

For me it would not be right. I like my dogs around me. But as long as they were well looked after, warm, fed well, had human contact and love etc... I think it is OK. It just would not make me happy.

ohh lol i understand now, so blonde sometimes lol! anyways some breeds like huskie like to sleep outside, but as long as they have shelter!!!!!!!! water!!!!!! and are not cold!!! i would never allow my dogs to sleep outside, no way because i get to worried!!

I prefer them to be inside - and in bed with me all snuggled up

I prefer my home comforts and so do my doggies.
