Well done! Alex - great positive thinking!

Also dont forget if for those that are working out or exercising if the scales dont change much you may have lost 2lbs of fat but have replaced it with 2lbs of muscle - and remember muscle is heavier than fat so look at how your clothes are fitting as well as what the scales say!

its not cheating its just a helping hand! lol

I gave in and joined tesco online diet programme - it gives me lots of new tasty meals to make which is good cos i was getting bored of the same old things. We enjoyed lemony chicken with rice last night (all homemade) and tonight i will be trying my hand at creating some chicken and parmesan pasta salad thing. Also off to the gym after work.

Exactly! Besides they don't work unless accompanied by a calorie controlled diet.

Has anyone tried the Birds Eye Healthy Options?

Check them out in Iceland...

http://www.iceland.co.uk/ice/instore...healthyoptions

They are very good value, low in fat and calorie controlled.
Just had the lasagne for my dinner with tonnes of veggies.
The choc mousses are very nice too, they have crunchy meringue bits in them

Meals like that are one of the ways I've lost weight. I pick one of those with unlimited veggies or salad.
