Herbal sleeping medicin?????

Hiya

I've posted in the "wanted" add, that I need sleep.

Libs suggested some herbal remedies...

I was just wondering, wot u guys think, and if you have any suggestions....

I don't know why, but I just can't seem to fall asleep at night. And as I have to get up at 5 am, I have to be sleeping...

I go to bed around 10 pm, but never falls asleep untilll around 11 pm. Which is way too late...... Especially in the dark period of the year.....

So any suggestions..... preferably items which I can get in Denmark

Wonder if any of U have heard about Valeria Night?

Drink 2 litres of btld water in the day and put some natural Lavender oil in a burner an hour b4 bed and :smt015

Got the lavender oil Have to get a burner.

Oh the water...... I dont really like water..... and then 2 liters a day!!!
