Toileting issue weeing on blanket in her bed!!

Pixie who is now 11 weeks who we have had a week and 3 days is so lovely apart from if you put her a blanket in her basket she wil wee on it! She has been dry all night every other night and wees and poos outside in the day.

she had pulled a blanket outside earlier today and when i have just brought it in she went to it and did a wee.

When we got her she was in a crate or large dog cage (not sure if there is a difference)

Are you putting anything down for her to go on like paper or puppy pads?? My pups are always paper/pad trained by the time they go, I have kept a pup myself from the last litter and if there is no paper down for her when she comes in for a meal, and she wants to go, she pulls the blanket down and goes on that!!! I can see how she has made the connection, she is 7 months now and still doing it if I have not put paper down and am not quick enough to let her back out when she has finished eating.

Tucson my Pug only has to see a bit of vet bed and even if she has just been outside for a wee will still squeeze one out on the vet bed. I think she associates it with her whelping box as a pup.
