Shih Tzu with very dry skin

My dog a few months ago developed very dry and flaky along all over his limbs and some on his neck. We took him to the vet and he had a yeast infection and very dry skin. Eventually he got better for a week or two. When he was still dry he ha d a very smelly face. After a week or two he started to get dry skin and a smelly face again. I just don't know what to do. Any help would be much appreciated. Also he got better because of heavy antibiotics and we really don't want to put him on those again. He was really sluggish.

The first pic is his eye. It's hard to tell but it's been getting goopy quite often which I know is common for shih tzu's but he has never had this issue and he's 8.

Get some colloidal silver. get the liquid, mix some with water in a spray bottle, spray the dog two or three times a day. let it dry on him, do not rinse it off. The silver in it will kill any yeast or any other bacteria that is on his skin.

Also get a package of "missing link" for skin and coat, add about a teaspoon to his food daily.

Hope this helps
