Spend ages buttering up Eileen, nearly getting on her good side. Then along comes that Harvey with his "manners" and sweeps her off her feet. Such is life!lol!

Yes I'm over it now thanks, waiting for the blood test results to confirm and then Doc may prescribe some tablets which I hope will relieve the pain.

Years ago I also had an argument with a garage door, I lost as well

Evening Harvey, you charmer you! You asked for a quick summing up of the qualities of DermOpt Dog Shampoo, when I started using it some 6 weeks ago on Tess my 8mth old bitch. As a shampoo I thought it excellent, did a very thorough job of cleansing the coat. Used it initially every 3 days, after 2 weeks reduced this to 2 days for a fortnight and then as now once weekly. Tess is about the size of a border collie at the moment and from an economy point of view I have used approx half of bottle costing £18. It did reduce itching and scratching considerably but not completely - I found that she would stop scratching in a certain place after an application but start somewhere else. The itching has now been solved by spraying the affected areas with Septi-cleanse, an equestrian product to reduce soreness or inflammation and to help wounds to heal, her coat now is re-growing in all the small affected areas and there is no more scratching than you would assosciate with any normal dog. So, as they say, the jury is out on this one. For me a good shampoo but not as magnificent a cure-all as suggested by the blurb. Probably will go back to bathing them with vosene as I always have previously once the bottle is finished. Although with the exception of Showing days they are seldom in need of a bath as they spend so much time swimming etc, even in this weather. Hope this helps although I know it is a little inconclusive and not really a very scientific study. Bye fer now.

I'm here, been popping in and out whilst watching about Necker Island and Richard Branson, what a beautiful place, love to have the money to go somewhere like that!
